As part of the UAR’s HR Excellence Initiative, our submitted best practice project was awarded for its innovative approaches and outstanding quality. This recognition honours the commitment and pioneering work that make a valuable contribution to the further development of modern HR strategies.
With the “Early Career Voices” campaign, Pro²Future makes research results from young researchers accessible to a broad audience. In short videos, young scientists present their work in an understandable way in order to bring content that is often only visible in the scientific community closer to a wider public. The videos put research in the spotlight and inspire science.
The award ceremony took place on February 13, 2025, in the Upper Austria Press Club.
