The second Pro²Future scientific symposium took place on May 6, 2024 at JKU Linz. After welcoming the guests by Prof. Gabriele Kotsis, our scientific director Prof. Alois Ferscha gave an outlook on the center’s research agenda for the next eight years (Pro²Future Epoch II).
With the keynotes by Prof. Martina Mara (JKU Linz – Robopsychology Lab) on the topic “It is important that we demystify the way we talk about AI” and Prof. Thomas Kienberger (Montanuniversität Leoben – Energy Verbundtechnik) with the title “NEFI – New energy for Industry, Key Technologies and Strategies” with a subsequent discussion with the audience, all physical and online participants were able to experience a scientifically inspiring morning.
At the end of the event, CEO DI Gerd Hribernig gave a brief overview of the next organizational steps for the continuation of the center. The recordings can be found at the following link:
